Fair Use Policy
Advance Booking Limit
Members can book courts up to 7 days in advance to ensure equal opportunity for all members.
Daily Playtime Limit
- Maximum Consecutive Playtime: Members can play for up to 3 consecutive hours per day, whether on their booking or another member’s booking.
- Cooldown Period: A cool-down period is observed after playing for three consecutive hours.
⇒ During peak hours, members must observe a 1-hour cooldown period before playing again.
⇒ During off-peak hours, members must observe a 30-minute cooldown period before playing again.
- Waiver of Cooldown Period: If courts are available and not booked by other members, the cooldown period will be waived, and the member/s can continue playing.
No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy
- Members who fail to show up for a booking without canceling at least 4 hours in advance will be charged the full booking fee.
- Repeated no-shows (3 or more within a month) may result in a suspension of booking privileges for 2 weeks.
Exclusive Member Access for Discounts
- Discounted court fees apply only when all players on the court are valid members under the same membership tier.
- If non-members join the game, guest fees will be charged accordingly: Rs. 1,000 per hour during peak hours and Rs. 500 per hour during off-peak hours.
General Terms & Conditions
Padel Café has clear terms and conditions for members to ensure fair play and a smooth experience. The guidelines cover booking rules, membership use and transfers, and guest fee charges to maintain a respectful environment.
- Advance Payment for Bookings: All court bookings for members must be paid in advance at the time of reservation.
- Membership Use: To receive the discounted booking fee, all players on the court must be valid members of the same membership tier.
- Guest Fee: Members may bring guests, subject to the applicable guest fee per hour during off-peak or peak hours.
- Non-Transferable Memberships: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Policy Updates: Padel Café reserves the right to revise fees and policies with prior notice.
