At Padel Café, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. We understand that plans can change, so our refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring availability for other players.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before Booking

  • Refund: Full refund available.
  • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling, subject to court availability.

Cancellations Made Between 6 to 24 Hours Before Booking

  • Refund: No refund will be issued.
  • Rescheduling: Available with a 20% rebooking fee, subject to court availability.

No-Show Policy

If a customer does not show up without prior cancellation:

  • Refund: The booking fee is non-refundable.
  • Future Bookings: Multiple no-shows may result in a temporary booking restriction

Refunds Due to External or Technical Reasons

If a court becomes unplayable due to weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, fog) or technical issues on our end:

  • Refund: Full refund issued.
  • Rescheduling: Free rescheduling, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

  • Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer.
  • Timeframe: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
