At Padel Cafe, we offer facilities tailored to meet the needs of our valued customers. We have aesthetic padel courts, and a delightful cafe experience.

The following terms and conditions apply to all adults and children. Observance of these is necessary to ensure cafe integrity and smooth game playing. By using the cafe’s facilities, and when moving forward with the slot booking and table reservation process, you agree to comply with the stated terms and conditions.

Court Usage 

• Eligibility : Individuals aged 18 years or above are eligible to play padel without a guardian. We make no gender discrimination and openly welcome players of both genders.
• Accompaniment for Children : Children aged 5 years or above must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the courts. Proper supervision helps prevent unwanted injury and ensures maximum safety. Guardians should keep a keen eye on the children and actively monitor them to prevent accidents.
• Session Timeliness : Please vacate the courts promptly after your booked session ends. This will help maintain punctuality throughout the session and allow other players to enjoy their scheduled game on time. Please check with the staff for availability of the courts and book accordingly if additional time is required.
• Advance Booking : To avoid disappointment, always check with the staff or make a booking before entering the court. We do welcome walk-ins, but no court availability is guaranteed without a proper reservation.

Conduct 

• Appropriate Court Use : Please use the courts only for playing Padel. Running, skating, or sitting on nets can be unsafe and should be avoided to preserve the court’s quality. Be respectful of the facility so that everyone can experience the joy of the game. 
• Appropriate Attire : Make sure to wear appropriate Padel gear, such as shoes with non-marking soles. Wearing heels, sandals, or other inappropriate footwear is prohibited due to the risk of turf damage and injuries. This helps avoid any undesired foot injuries or turf damage. 
• Respect for Others : Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward the staff or other players is strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy to ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 
• Illicit Substances Use : Alcohol consumption, smoking, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises in all situations. An immediate removal from the café will be observed in case of any violations. 
• Hygiene : Help us maintain cleanliness throughout by disposal of all trash in the bins outside the courts. Maintaining a clean environment is a shared responsibility, and it’s what ensures a clean and welcoming space for all.  

Punctuality 

• Timely Arrival : Arriving on time is necessary to make the most of your booked slot. Late arrivals may result in unwanted hassle and reduce game time, since sessions cannot always be extended. 
• Session Extension : To extend the play, check with the staff to see if the courts are available for your preferred slot. Confirm your extended session as it’s granted on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Food and Drinks 

• Designated Areas for Consumption : You can enjoy your food and drinks outside the courts, in the designated café area. This keeps the turf clean, free from stains, spills, or litter and maintains a hygienic environment throughout the facility. 
• Hydration During Play : Staying hydrated is crucial. Water bottles are allowed on the courts, but make sure the caps are properly secured to avoid undesired spills. Consumption of other drinks and beverages is strictly prohibited and should be done outside the courts. 

Health & Safety 

• Health Precautions : Do not enter the court if you’re feeling unwell. Prioritize your and others’ health by seeking adequate medical attention and rest. 
• Injury Response : If you are injured, contact the café’s staff immediately and get treated. We have basic medical equipment for immediate treatment. In case of major injuries, we will contact the emergency numbers to proper hospital facilities. 
• Safety First : Maintain dignified behavior on the premises. Avoid any reckless movement or harsh play that can hurt others or yourself. 

Liability 

• Personal Belongings : Take care of your belongings yourself. Padel Café is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. Keep your valuables with you or store them safely in storage if provided. 
• Facility Usage Risks : Playing on the courts or eating in the café’s facility means the visitors agree to the terms and conditions and are using everything at their own risk. They will be subjected to a penalty in case of any violation of the stated terms. 

Additional Guidelines for a Better Experience 

For a better and enhanced experience at the cafe, we recommend: 

• Respecting Equipment : Carefully use the provided Padel equipment (rackets, balls, etc.). Any damage or loss of the material may result in extra charges. 
• Control Noise : Enthusiasm is good but maintain integrity by not over-shouting and avoiding disruptive behavior. It also serves as a means of respecting players and café regulations. 

Amendments and Updates 

Padel Cafe reserves the right to amend or update any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions, privacy policy, or any other policy with and without any prior notice. Significant changes shall be officially announced through proper channels. Visitors are requested to periodically view these changes and updates.
