Tournament Schedule & Format
Each Group (A, B, C, D) has 8 teams, so every team plays 7 matches. We will follow a round-robin format, and matches will take place daily with flexible scheduling.
Group Stage Matches (Round-Robin)
- Start Date : Saturday, 1st March
- Total Matches : Free rescheduling, subject to court availability.
- Total Matches (All groups) : 28 x 4 = 112 matches
- Duration : 12-14 days (Flexibly scheduled)
Quarterfinals (Top 2 teams per group)
- 4 Matches (Knockout)
- Scheduled Dates: 16th-17th March
Semifinals
- 2 Matches
- Scheduled Date: 18th March
Third Place Match
- Runner-up 1 vs. Runner-up 2
- Scheduled Date: 19th March
Final
- 1 Match
- Scheduled Date: 19th March
Eligibility: This tournament is strictly for intermediate-level players. Professional players are not allowed to enter.
Prize Distribution (Based on a total prize pool of PKR 320,000)
Winner : PKR 150,000
Runner-up : PKR 100,000
3rd Place : PKR 50,000 (Winner of 3rd Place Match)
Tournament Management Fee : PKR 20,000

- 2 points for a win
- Top 2 teams from each group qualify for Quarterfinals

Match Scheduling System
- Teams will be responsible for setting their match time and booking the courts themselves
- Courts must be booked and paid for by the participants on an hourly basis.
- The match deadline will be set for each round.
- If a team does not schedule or shows no communication within 48 hours, the opponent will be awarded a walkover win (2 points).
- Match organizers will assist in disputes.
Rules & Guidelines
- Match Format: Best of 3 sets
- Rescheduling: Must be completed within 48 hours
- No-Show: If a team fails to show up, their opponent gets a walkover win
- Official Communication: WhatsApp Group for match updates
- Disputes: Report to the tournament organizers
