About Our Facilitator 

The Mindful Morning Circle is expertly facilitated by Fizza Suhail, a trauma-informed and somatic therapist who also teaches at LUMS. With her expertise in creating gentle, inclusive spaces, Fizza Suhail guides participants into calm presence, emotional safety, and meaningful connection. Every session is designed to help women reconnect with themselves, cultivate mindfulness, and build a supportive community. 

How the Mindful Morning Circle Flows 

  • A warm welcome at Padel Cafe with coffee, tea, and nourishing snacks. 
  • Settling into a safe circle guided by therapist Fizza Suhail.
